General Documents

  • Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity)
  • Passport photo (35x45mm)
  • Completed application form
  • Valid health insurance (minimum coverage €30,000)

    • Employment Documents

  • Employment contract with Estonian employer
  • Educational certificate (officially translated and certified)
  • CV/Resume

    • Financial Documents

  • Proof of financial means (last 3 months bank statements)
  • Minimum income: €886 per month (2026 minimum wage)

    • Housing Documents

  • Rental contract or proof of ownership
  • Registered address in Estonia

    • Important Notes

  • All documents must be translated to Estonian or English
  • Translations must be official and certified
  • Documents should not be older than 6 months
  • Incorrect or incomplete documentation delays processing
